Rukevwe is an Nonprofit Growth Expert and development practitioner with over 10 years experience in social enterprise development, performance management and peace building. She works with mission driven organizations, business owners, corporate executives and leaders who are passionate and impact driven, helping them launch and scale their nonprofits to sustainably provide solutions to social issues, build their legacies and find more fulfillment from their social impact work.

Rukevwe passionately envision a world where investments in the development of our communities deliver the best outcomes possible so citizens everywhere can live in safe, stable and thriving communities to fulfill their life aspirations....This inspires her daily to strive for excellence through her work. She birthed SmarteGic Outcomes to empower mission driven leaders with the mindset, skill set and tools to deploy innovative solutions, mobilize resources, deliver impact and thrive sustainably. In the last 10 years, she has worked with International Development Organizations, indigenous Non-Governmental Organization and local communities to strengthen capacities of diverse stakeholders for inclusion and social cohesion in the restive Niger Delta region of Nigeria.

She leads a community of over 1000 Nonprofit and social enterprise leaders across Africa, helping them build funding readiness capacities for financial sustainability.

Rukevwe is currently a post graduate student of International Management at the University of Bolton, United Kingdom and also an Aluma of the prestigious Lagos Business School, Nigeria.
